I started practicing Bikram Hot Yoga in 2010 when my best friend gave me a 10 day pass to a Bikram Yoga studio in Redmond, Wa. I thought I was going to die, but stuck it out for 10 days in a row. I knew immediately that I had stumbled on something truly transformational and I wanted to share it with the world. It was my calling so after nearly 20 years of working in corporate America I decided to do something completely different as an empty nester. As soon as my youngest took off to college, (fall 2013) I attended the world renowned 9 week Bikram Hot Yoga Teacher Training in Los Angeles, CA. I traveled all over the US teaching until I built my own studio in Milledgeville, GA called Harmony Hot Yoga, Pilates and Aerial Center. I have the best job in the world as a teacher of Bikram Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga and last but definitely not least, Inferno Hot Pilates! Peace, love and happiness all around!
