During our travels to hundreds of studios in Canada, USA and Mexico, we've encountered so many yoga teachers who have a lot of experience, incredible teaching skills and passion, but who fail to reach their full potential because they've forgotten (or never implemented) some of the basic principles of teaching hot yoga. We’ll use our experience from owning a yoga studio, running a teacher mentorship program, and teaching and practicing all over North America, to go over some of the major pitfalls that teachers today are falling into. In this seminar we’ll also touch on teaching drills and resources, giving and receiving feedback, the primary goals of Bikram’s beginning yoga class and its postures, and how to teach students with injuries or special cases. Regardless of your experience level, this workshop will amp up your enthusiasm and give you clarity and focus on how to best help your students and yourself succeed.
