Kundalini yoga known as the yoga of awareness, is a fast and effective way to clear the mind, energize the body, and uplift the spirit. Kundalini yoga works with the energy centers of the body; chakras, meridians, and aura to stimulate & balance while releasing negative energies. Students will learn breathing, postures and techniques that energize while create a sense of well-being, heightened awareness and calm. One will see and feel the results quickly, feeling energized, relaxed, and uplifted after each class. The class is warm not hot, music is played and mantras chanted, possible dancing could occur, and meditation.
