Join Cece for a class on the sand and the water. Learn the basics of paddleboarding and then explore out into the ocean. She will guide you through some basic yoga poses that you can do on your board. The ocean can be unpredictable, sometimes calm and sometimes rough so many poses may be challenging but be ready for a fun way to explore your practice.
